The cancellation, no-show, and early checkout policy is as follows.   ·         100% refund for cancellations received more than 3 days before check-in day (property local time). ·         Cancellations received within 3 days before check-in day (property local time) subject to a penalty of 1st night room and tax. ·         Cancellations or changes received on check-in day (property local time) subject to a 100% penalty. No refunds will be given for no-shows or early check-outs. The property is not authorized to make an exception to this policy.   The only exception would be for Cendant-TDS owned web sites (e.g., Orbitz) whereby the policy would be based on CST local time (instead of property local time)
